THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG PORTUGUESE SPEAKING IMMIGRANTS AND THE PORTUGUESE SPEAKING COMMUNITY WHO ARE RESIDENT OR INTEND TO RESIDE IN THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF CAMDEN, LAMBETH AND GREATER LONDON, AND ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, ADVOCACY, COUNSELLING AND TRANSLATION SERVICES IN MATTERS SUCH AS IMMIGRATION, HEALTH, WELFARE BENEFITS, EDUCATION, HOUSING AND BY FACILITATING ACCESS TO OTHER SUPPORT PROVIDERS AND SERVICES.
