Charitable objects
1) THE RELIEF OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH RELIEF BY REASON OF DRUG OR OTHER SUBSTANCE ABUSE, AND THE REHABILITATION OF SUCH PERSON IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT; 2) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE GOOD HEALTH OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN DANGER OF BECOMING ADDICTED TO, OR DEPENDENT ON, OR WHO HAVE ALREADY BECOME ADDICTED TO OR DEPENDENT ON DRUGS; 3) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE DANGERS OF DRUG ABUSE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS; AND 4) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF THE AGED, YOUNG, IMPOTENT AND SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED PEOPLES OF THE INNER CITIES OF ENGLAND AND WALES BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, ADVICE AND SUPPORT SERVICES.
