THE IMPROVEMENT, ADORNMENT OF ST MARY'S CHURCH, GRITTLETON, ITS FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CONTENTS, ADDING TO THEM FROM TIME TO TIME, AND GENERALLY TO ASSIST ST MARY'S CHURCH IN ANY WAY THAT THE FRIENDS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF ST MARY'S CHURCH, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE BUILDING, INCLUDING THE CHURCHYARD, OR THE SERVICES CONDUCTED THEREIN OR THEREBY.
