Pipeline provides a number of free services such as detached youth work provision within Thanet wards. Education program within schools on STI's, drugs and alcohol, self esteem. A single decker bus that provides mobile youth provision in local estates, Community Action Gardening Teams for the Elderly, Befriending projects and crime prevention working with the local government and the police.
