Charitable objects
3. The Charity’s objects are:
3.1 To work towards the elimination of discrimination in all its forms and
3.2 To promote equality of opportunity and good relations between all persons including those that fall within the protected characteristics as defined in the Equality Act 2010 and to promote understanding of issues of discrimination and inequality. This through the delivery of bespoke education & training programmes to those who are educationally disadvantaged.
3.3 To work toward upholding the rights of all citizens as set out in the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act 2000.
The area of benefit of the charity shall be mainly but not limited to: the 6 local authority administrative areas of North Wales, namely, Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd and Wrexham as defined in the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994.

1994.
