FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN PARTICULAR BY:- A) DELIVERING CLEAN TAP WATER AND ELECTRICITY TO THOSE IN NEED IN THE REMOTE AREAS OF AFRICA; B) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM AIDS AND HIV, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY PEOPLE FROM AFRICA AND PREVENTING THE SPREAD OF THE DISEASE BY PROMOTING HEALTH AWARENESS; AND C) PROVIDING RURAL AFRICAN COMMUNITIES WITH MEDICAL RESOURCES TO CARE FOR THE HEALTH AND EDUCATION OF WOMAN AND CHILDREN.
