TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF GRIMSBY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS, IN PARTICULAR BY ESTABLISHING OR SECURING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ST CHRISTOPHERS CENTRE, WEELSBY ROAD AND MANAGING AND MAINTAINING THE CENTRE IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.
