Charitable objects
3. APPLICATION OF INCOME. THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") (A) TO PROVIDE BOATS, FACILITIES, TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION FOR SAILING AND WATER ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, INCLUDING MEMBERS OF THE SEA CADET CORPS AND CADET ORGANISATIONS AND THOSE THAT HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE BY ASSISTING ORGANISATIONS WITH PURPOSES SIMILAR TO THOSE AFORESAID.
