TO PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF PREDOMINANTLY LONDON, HERTFORDSHIRE AND MIDDLESEX, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 6 AND 18, FACILITIES FOR HEALTHY RECREATION AND SPORT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
