THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE 3.1 TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND HEALTH OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF A RANGE OF PROGRAMMES TO COMBAT OBESITY AND IMPROVE THE WELLBEING OF OBESE CHILDREN AND ADULTS DELIVERED WITH RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL DIGNITY OF ALL PARTICIPANTS; AND 3.2 TO DO SUCH OTHER THINGS AS MAY BE INCIDENTAL, CONDUCIVE OR ANCILLARY TO THE ATTAINMENT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OBJECTS.
