Charitable objects
1. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION ON THE EFFECTS OF HIV AND AIDS BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES.
2. TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH CARE THROUGHOUT GHANA AND AFRICA AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ON SUBJECTS RELATING TO HEALTH AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS.
