Charitable objects

(1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN AFRICAN ART, MUSIC & CULTURE (2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE. (3) TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND GOOD RACE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE PERSONS OF DIFFERENT ETHNIC OR RACIAL GROUPS (4) AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF AFRICANS AND THOSE OF AFRICAN ORIGIN AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
