Charitable objects
FROM AND AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SURVIVOR OF THE BENEFICIARIES THE BANK SHALL PAY AND DIVIDE THE SAID INCOME EQUALLY BETWEEN THE RESPECTIVE FABRIC FUNDS OF THE CHURCHES OF THE PARISHES OF KING CHARLES THE MARTYR FALMOUTH AFORESAID AND ST.GLUVIAS IN THE BOROUGH OF PENRYN IN THE SAID COUNTY OF CORNWALL TO BE USED IN EACH CASE FOR THE MAINTENANCE RENOVATION OR REPAIR OF THE SAID RESPECTIVE PARISH CHURCHES OR THE FURNITURE FITTINGS OR ORGANS THEREOF RESPECTIVELY IN SUCH MANNER AS THE RESPECTIVE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCILS SHALL THINK FIT AND THE PAYMENT OF SUCH INCOME TO OR FOR THE CREDIT OF THE SAID RESPECTIVE FABRIC FUNDS OR TO THE RESPECTIVE TREASURERS THEREOF SHALL BE A FULL AND SUFFICIENT DISCHARGE TO THE BANK WHICH SHALL NOT BE BOUND TO INQUIRE HOW THE SAID INCOME HAS BEEN APPLIED.
