TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE YOUNG PEOPLE CARING FOR RELATIVES WITH PHYSICAL OR MENTAL ILL HEALTH OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENT WITHIN THE FAMILY OR HOME BY OFFERING SUPPORT AND/OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR RECREATIONAL VISITS, ACTIVITIES AND OTHER APPROPRIATE RESPITE BREAKS TO GROUPS OR INDIVIDUAL YOUNG CARERS.
