(II) THE RELIEF OF THE SICK-POOR LIVING IN SUB-SAHARAN COUNTRIES OF AFRICA EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS OR SERVICES TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP SELF-SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOODS, FEED, CLOTHE AND EDUCATE THEIR FAMILIES AND WORK THEIR WAY OUT OF THE POVERTY TRAP.
