THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE:- (I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING ABANDONED SCHOOLS IN SUB-SAHARAN COUNTRIES OF AFRICA BY RECYCLING AND DONATING EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS. (II) THE RELIEF OF THE SICK-POOR LIVING IN SUB-SAHARAN COUNTRIES OF AFRICA EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS OR SERVICES TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP SELF-SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOODS, FEED, CLOTHE AND EDUCATE THEIR FAMILIES AND WORK THEIR WAY OUT OF THE POVERTY TRAP.
