Gloves centre delivers a daily service giving local people access to quality boxing/ leisure time, opportunities. The centre works to provide recreational and leisure time facilities such as fitness club. The non-contact boxing activities (engagement tool for healthy lifestyle) will be health/educational (College NVQ programmes/residential activities programme etc) related.

Charitable objects
1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN BOLTON GREATER MANCHESTER AND TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR SOCIAL AND PERSONAL SKILLS SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND SO THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY THEIR NEEDS AND PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. 2 TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: A THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF RACE, GENDER, DISABILITY, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR RELIGION; B PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS; C CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY. 3 TO OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
