A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THEY SUBJECT AREA OF TRAINING AND MENTORING THE UNEMPLOYED AND THE YOUTH IN ACQUIRING THE NECESSARY SKILLS TO BUILD THEIR OWN BUSINESS
B) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS.
