* TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF WOMEN LIVING WITHIN ST HELENS AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING ADVICE, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE REGARDING THE HEALTH, MEDICAL, CHILDCARE AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES, WHICH ARE AVAILABLE TO THEM. * TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL, OF WOMEN BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DIRECTED TOWARDS THE IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH IN ST HELENS AND SURROUNDING AREAS. * TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING THE VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY AGENCIES.
