TO PROVIDE, AT ITS CENTRE IN LLANFYNYDD NEAR WREXHAM THE NECESSARY FACILITIES, HORSES, STAFF AND EQUIPMENT TO ENABLE AND HELP CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL PHYSICAL AND OR LEARNING NEEDS TO RIDE HORSES AND TAKE PART IN EQUESTRIAN VAULTING AND THE DRIVING OF HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGES.
