TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF COLORECTAL CANCER LIVING IN SOMERSET BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SUPPORT SERVICES, PRACTICAL ADVICE, EDUCATION AND EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO COLORECTAL CANCER. TO SUPPORT RESEARCH, EITHER CONDUCTED IN OR ORIGINATED WITHIN THE UK, AIMED AT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT OF COLORECTAL CANCER.
