Activities - how the charity spends its money
The village hall is a Grade II listed building, a hub for sports ,leisure and welfare activities. A snooker club , a sports therapist and a weekly PO outreach service are hosted by the hall. Regular activities such as Yoga, KungFu for children, as well as weekly coffee mornings in support of social cohesion are held alongside other events i.e. receptions, annual pantomimes and fund raising.

Charitable objects
THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE BRAY CHURCH OF ENGLAND INSTITUTE AS LEASED FROM THE TRUSTEES OF THE 'BRAY' SHALL BE MANAGED BY THE CHARITY AS THE VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MARHAMCHURCH IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL ('THE AREA OF BENEFIT') WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
