THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ( THE ''OBJECTS'') ARE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS, IN PARTICULAR OF SUBSTANCE MISUSERS BY REHABILITATION, THE PROVISION OF HOUSING AND THE PROMOTION OF SMALL COMMUNITIES OF MUTUAL CARE AND SUPPORT.
