1.4 THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST FOR SUCH CHARITIES AS THEY SHALL TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE PROVIDED THAT SUCH CHARITIES ARE REGISTERED AS A CHARITIES WITH THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FOR ENGLAND AND WALES
