3) GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION); 3.1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THOSE PERSONS ALREADY ENGAGED IN AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INTERESTED IN BECOMING ENGAGED IN THE CRAFT AND THE INDUSTRY OF FURNITURE MAKING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM; 3.2) PROVIDING FOR NECESSITOUS MEMBERS OF THE CRAFT AND INDUSTRY OF FURNITURE MAKING, AND THEIR DEPENDENTS; 3.3) PROVIDING FOR NECESSITOUS MEMBERS OF THE CRAFT AND INDUSTRY OF FURNITURE MAKING, OR OF THE COMPANY OR ITS STAFF AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, BY PENSION OR OTHERWISE, AND SUPPORTING SUCH OTHER CHARITIES AS THE COMPANY SHALL CONSIDER FIT.
