TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN CREATIVE AND VISUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS, AND THE TECHNIQUES AND PRACTICE THEREOF ACROSS MULTIPLE MEDIA, AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES WHEREBY LEARNING DISABLED PEOPLE, DISABLED PEOPLE AND CHILDREN MAY BE AFFORDED OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE AND PRACTICE OF SUCH CREATIVE ARTS AND CRAFT.
