These objectives are achieved through the introduction of the video recording of child witness interviews with investigators and providing specialist training for investigators.

THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) PROVIDING SUPPORT, ADVICE AND TRAINING TO CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES, SPECIFICALLY THOSE RELATED TO THE REPORTING, INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION OF ABUSE; (B) CONDUCTING STUDY AND RESEARCH INTO THE IMPROVEMENT OF CHILD PROTECTION POLICIES AND PRACTICE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND PUBLISHING AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF.
