THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST FOR SUCH PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AN WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE FROM TIME TO TIME.
