About 25 members meet at least once a week for varied activities. e.g. Educational talks; arts and crafts; going out for a meal or drink; walks, treasure hunt, bowling; day trips and short break holidays. Adults with learning disabilities are enabled to enjoy practical and educational activities, providing respite care for their carers. Professional staff support and advise members and carers.

FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES OVER THE AGE OF 18, IN PARTICULAR WITHIN THE AREA OF WILMSLOW, HANDFORTH AND ALDERLEY EDGE, CHESHIRE BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER SOCIAL ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO THOSE PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE AND TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND INCLUSION WITHIN THEIR OWN COMMUNITY.
