THE OBJECTS OF THE CLUB ARE TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE, BUT IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF LUNCHES, SOCIAL MEETINGS AND PROVISION OF TRANSPORT FOR DISABLED/CHRONICALLY SICK MEMBERS, WITHIN THE PARISH OF WOODHALL SPA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA HEREINAFTER CALLED THE ''AREA OF BENEFIT''
