Activities - how the charity spends its money
Saha promotes good health in the Somali community through organising Health education sessions for both older and younger Somali women. We also organise fitness and health activities for the same groups, and social activities to get women out of the house and provide opportunities for socialising and learning about healthy diets and lifestyles.
