Charitable objects
THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY:
(A) THE PROVISION AND CONDUCT OF A BILINGUAL ANGLO-ITALIAN SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS IN OR NEAR LONDON;
(B) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING PROMOTION OF ITALIAN LANGUAGE, LITERATURE AND CULTURE; AND
(C) SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE GOVERNORS SHALL DETERMINE
2. SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE GOVERNORS OF THE CHARITY MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
