THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE (A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN WORKS OF ART AND ARTISTIC EXCELLENCE THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR BY ESTABLISHING, PROVIDING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING AN ART GALLERY; AND (B) TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS A WHOLE BUT IN PRACTICE THE CHARITY WILL MAINLY OPERATE AND THEREFORE PROVIDE BENEFITS TO PEOPLE WITHIN CENTRAL LONDON.
