TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE VISUAL, DRAMATIC AND PERFORMING ARTS IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PRODUCING THEATRICAL PERFORMANCES AND PROMOTING AND ENCOURAGING CREATIVE PARTICIPATION WITHIN THE COMMUNITY FOR PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 16.
