APPLICATION OF INCOME: THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS: A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING B) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PROMOTION OF HEALTH C) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THOSE WHO HAVE A DISABILITY, THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED OF HOUSING D) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT E) THE PROMOTION FOR BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT; AND F) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
