Charitable objects
3.1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE HEARING IMPAIRED PUPILS AT THE KASHMIR INSTITUTE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION (KISE), MIRPUR, AZAD KASHMIR IN ALL POSSIBLE WAYS. FOR EXAMPLE BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, RESOURCES AND TECHNICAL HELP. TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, AS NECESSARY, TO THORN PARK SCHOOL FOR DEAF CHILDREN AND GIRLINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOL, BOTH IN BRADFORD, WEST YORKSHIRE OR OTHER SIMILAR SCHOOLS FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED IN BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDLANDS, OR OTHER SCHOOLS WHICH CATER FOR PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED OR MENTALLY RETARDED CHILDREN IN AZAD KASHMIR 3.2 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF WIDOWS, ORPHANS, YOUNG ADULTS, AND MEN AND WOMEN OF LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRES IN MIRPUR, AZAD KASHMIR IN SKILLS AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT 3.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS FROM LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND THE FINANCIALLY DESTITUTE LIVING IN MIRPUR OR OTHER AREAS OF AZAD KASHMIR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL AND EXAMINATION FEES, BOOKS, SCHOLARSHIPS OR SUCH OTHER EXPENSES CONNECTED WITH THEIR EDUCATION AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE; 3.4 THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN MIRPUR AND OTHER REGIONS OF AZAD KASHMIR WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE, OR CATASTROPHE IN PARTICULAR BY THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AID, FOOD, SHELTER AND RELIEF TO SUCH PERSONS.
