TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE AREA OF LEICESTERSHIRE AND THE NEIGHBOURING COMMUNITIES (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE AREA OF BENEFIT') AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROMOTION OF THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR AND VOLUNTEERING BY PROVIDING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNTIY ORGANISATIONS AND VOLUNTEERS OPERATING WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, INCLUDING BRINGING THESE TOGETHER IN COMMON EFFORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY
