TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INHABITANTS OF BRENT BY: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT. (B) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND SICKNESS, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION ON BENEFITS AND WELFARE RIGHTS, ADVICE, COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT. (C) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH INCLUDING BEFRIENDING SOCIALLY ISOLATED PEOPLE, AND (D) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
