1 TO RELIEVE PERSONS SUFFERING INJURY OR ILLNESS RESIDING IN KNUTSFORD, MOBBERLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREIN AFTER TO BE CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT), BY PROVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE.
2 TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH BY ARRANGING AND SUPPORTING EMERGENCY LIFE SUPPORT (ELS) TRAINING FREE OF CHARGE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
