TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AND ALL COMMUNITIES CONNECTED TO ALL THE EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS WE SERVE (SCHOOLS, FURTHER EDUCATION (FE) COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES), BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND RESOURCES (NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY) FOR EDUCATION AT THE RESPECTIVE EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.
