Charitable objects
5. OBJECTS THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST AT THEIR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL FOR OR TOWARDS THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"): 5.1 ADVANCEMENT OF GOOD HEALTH AND RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP THE ADVANCEMENT OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR YOUNG PERSONS SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE SHALL BE IMPROVED. 5.2 ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF EDUCATION SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR FULL CAPACITIES AND ENABLE THEM TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. 5.3 OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES AT THEIR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
