THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY AND THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE WHO ARE RESIDENT, WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM. 3.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF ROAD SAFETY ABROAD IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, TO MOTORCYCLISTS AND CYCLISTS. 3.2 THE RELIEF OF HARDSHIP, FINANCIAL EMOTIONAL OR OTHERWISE, TO VICTIMS AND THE FAMILIES OF VICTIMS FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO HAVE HAD AN ACCIDENT ABROAD.
