TO ADVANCE AND PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL WORK BEING CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES OF YALE UNIVERSITY A CORPORATION ORGANISED AND EXISTING UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF A CHARTER GRANTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE COLONY AND STATE OF CONNECTICUT AND LOCATED IN NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ("THE UNIVERSITY") IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
