1 THE RELIEF OF POVERTY THOUGH THE PROVISION OF LOW COST FURNITURE TO PEOPLE ON BENEFITS AND LOW INCOME WITHIN RICHMONDSHIRE AND HAMBLETON DISTRICTS. 2 TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT WITHIN RICHMONDSHIRE AND HAMBLETON DISTRICTS BY RECYCLING AND REUSING BULKY FURNITURE WASTE WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE SENT TO LANDFILL SITES.
