Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA SERVED BY CONWY TOWN COUNCIL IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS;
1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH;
2) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE AGED, DISABLED OR INFIRM;
3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN SUCH WAYS AS ARE CHARITABLE AT LAW;
4) ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
