1. Meetings of members on every Tuesday where members take part in prayers and devotional songs etc. Talks and advice on health and well-being are given by health visitors from NHS. 2. Outings and activities are organised for the members who are elderly and disabled. 3. Various classes are organised, such as keep fit, yoga, cookery, flower arrangement etc.

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF REDBRIDGE AND ITS SURROUNDING BOROUGHS (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) PARTICULARLY THE ELDERLY MEMBERS OF THE ASIAN COMMUNITY IN COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND ISOLATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
