BE HELD BY THE COUNCIL UPON TRUST TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE FOR EVER HEREAFTER KEPT AS OPEN SPACES AND USED FOR RECREATION AND PLEASURE GROUND PURPOSES EXCEPT THAT A PORTION OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN THE INDENTURE AND ADJOINING PENN STREET LANE SOUTHPETH IN SUTTON ASHFIELD AFORESAID MAY BE UTILISED FOR ROAD WIDENING IF NECESSARY.
