With the Gulf war and 2003 invasion, the Christian community in Iraq became a victim of extremist elements, driving 80% out of their homes In 2014 IS occupied Mosul and surrounding villages driving out over 120 thousand accentuating the existing problem of the displaced Iraqi Christians ICIN provided emergency financial help and continued with aid programs covers Iraq, Turkey&Jordan. icin.org.uk
