TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PRE-SCHOOL AND SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN LEBU IN THE PHILIPPINES SO THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MIGHT BE IMPROVED. 3. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH OF FAMILIES IN LEBU IN THE PHILIPPINES BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS TO FINANCE FAMILY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES.
