Charitable objects
2.1 The Company’s Objects are:
to promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community, including:
2.1.1 the advancement of education;
2.1.2 the protection of good mental and physical health;
2.1.3 the relief of poverty, sickness and distress;
2.1.4 the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for residents,
particularly but not exclusively by the provisions of grant funding.
