A) TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS WHO ARE AGED AT LEAST 13 AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE COUNTIES OF DERBYSHIRE, LEICESTERSHIRE, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE OR STAFFORDSHIRE ("QUALIFYING PERSONS"); B) THE RELIEF OF QUALIFYING PERSONS IN CASES OF FINANCIAL NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY VIRTUE OF THEIR YOUTH OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; C) TO FURTHER SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE DIRECTORS IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
